If you were feeling severely jittery and/or anxious, how would you cope? Does anyone know of any natural sedatives or relaxants? NOT depressants though...like booze or weed or vicodin- I mean foods, or teas, or something. I don't know, anything.
I wish I could enjoy the rain today. I am cooped up inside feeling crappy. On the brightside though, Spongebob is on, and so is that old Charlie Brown special, "The Great Pumpkin." Cartoon decisions I am unable to make. Guess I'll just flip back and forth on commercials.
Ok I have nothing else to say. Back to bed I go. xo
