He was one of the "jock" types...I didn't remember him until he gave me half a dozen clues, but he said my name right off the bat. He then enlightened me as to the opinion the jocks had held of me back then....I was utterly flabbergasted. Not at ALL what I might have guessed.

Seriously, you have no idea how nice it is to be positive. Here's how my Saturday days used to go (in my head):
I had to drive forever. The traffic sucked. I couldn't get a parking space or a cup of coffee. Josh drives me crazy and interrupts me all the time then wants to know why I'm not done yet. I don't get paid enough.
The job didn't change ... I changed!
AND I went back there yesterday for several hours ... and then had Vietnamese food in Echo Park. How could I not appreciate things like that? But I didn't used to. That's all I know.
