Loftus and I just got back from riding around Nova Scotia, two weeks total - we rode up, through PA, VT, NH, ME and New Brunswick - we rode home that way also, heh. It was incredible. Here's me at Meat Cove, the northern tip of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
Tell me more about your trip, it's on my list. I'm in western Mass. Did you camp or motel? Did you find it cheap/expensive? What's fun to see and/or do? Friendly people? What was the weather like? Was two weeks enough?
~ I looked at that trip a couple of years ago but I ended up sailing in Maine for a couple of weeks instead. The
whole Nova Scotia/PEI thing is still in my head. Halifax is neo-legendary among east coast traditional sailors so I'd like to see it for that reason too.
~ I have the whole bike/kayak thing pretty well rigged up!
