My heavens, those are uncooperative earlobes. I can shout at them for you but I doubt they would hear. It's that distance thing and the inverse square law, yada yada, you know. I imagine you can search out information about encouraging them to heal. I hope it works out because it can't be fun.

I didn't defend your nose because I think we were seeing an artifact of the wide-angle lens. For what it's worth, I've tried to put mine on a diet but it didn't go anywhere. It's still a bat fastard.
