i read an article once that said you actually have to eat to lose weight, just make sure you eat right and exercise right. not eating actually gets your body used to retaining what it can.

Tonight will be three days with no sleep , my insomnia is caused by the various medications I take as a heart / kidney failure patient . My anemic condition was worse during recent bloodwork , so my nephrologist put me on a generic version of anadrol 50 ..... a powerful anabolic steroid that is also used to treat severe anemia . So now my body has been totally rejecting sleep , even with a large dose of valerian root
