I don't know of any shops in those areas, right off the top of my head. But a friend of mine is planning on opening a shop in San Antonio in a few months. Great shops in Austin, and Dallas, that i can point you too. Sorry i couldn't be more helpful. 
Best Valentines Day I've ever had, by far! Took my girl to a historic Bed and Breakfast bottle of champagne and vase with green orchids waiting for her...plus a huge jacuzzi tub for us...perfect night....loved it! I believe I've actually been glowing all day...hehe...
