So... I've been trying to find good things about San Antonio that I have experienced since I have been here. I want to try to remember the good times I've had...
The main thing I can really think of is all the concerts I've been able to attend.
Pat Benetar at Sea World
Not So Silent Night- 3OH!3 (even though they were finishing up as my friends and I sprinted to the concert), OwlCity, and Blue October
A variety of local band shows at the White Rabbit.
She Wants Revenge and Nico Vega at the White Rabbit
2011 Vans Warped Tour at the AT&T Center
Dropkick Murphys at Sunset Station
Space Rockers at Sherlock's Pub
Baby Bash at Antro's
The variety of cover bands at other local bars and clubs
Growing up, I always attended lots and LOTS of concerts. Mainly big ones that had a large amount of bands play; ex. Summer Fest in Modesto, CA, Warped Tour in Oregon, County Fairs, etc. I've also have been to thousands of local shows. Anywhere from places in California, Nebraska, and Washington. Concerts have always been a big part of my life. I by no means am a giddy little girl when I meet the band members either. I always treat them like a random new person I am meeting for the first time. I can tell that most band members get annoyed with all the screaming and over ecstatic fans asking for signatures and such. I always thank them for a great show, if it is one. Sometimes I ask for a picture, but not always. I do love the free things I tend to get out of all of it too. CD's, Stickers, Signed Posters, Shirts, etc. Not to brag or anything haha.
Anywho. I wrote this while I was at work, e-mailed it to myself, and am now posting it on here.
Bon vivant.

I entertain lots of musicals, symphonies, plays, opera, ballets .... but no rock in San Antonio
Am I showing my age or decline here???
I'd say you've heard lots of music here!!!
