I'm trying to collate enough positive things to make a full 'regular' journal worthwhile. Not quite there yet. It's taking me longer than I'd hoped.
They diverted Dad's sedatives and let him come round earlier. He apparently was aware of the Doctors and where he was. Little hopes are hopes though aren't they?
It's amazing just how far the news spread. The visitors to the ICU at Hope Hospital have varied from the Monton Green shop keepers to climbing partners from Norway and Iceland. We've had phonecalls from all over the globe.. The response has been unbelievable...
The real work for everyone happens Tuesday when they start to switch off the various machines he's on. Hopefully the Dad we all know and love will show just what a tough bastard he is...
Tomorrow I'm going to see the Nekromantix believe it or not... A sliver of 'Normality' amidst the madness..
