Hi everyone... How are you all doing? I'm not so bad, like. This is the first time in a while I've been in a journal writing mood and NOT been pissed. Yep, I'm as sober as a lord. Wait... That's probably not a sound comparison.
There's nothing to drive you to drink quite like the bureaucracy of the job centre when they make you re-register after your allotted time. Nevertheless, I managed to get through it all without even a snifter passing my lips. I now have a personal careers advisor, which to be honest I'm quite grateful for. She's also pretty foxy, for which I'm also grateful for!
Sadly she has a really duff voice and sounds like Nemone, from radio one at HALF speed. It's a bleedin' tragedy 
I volunteered myself for this scheme which gets me out of the queue downstairs. I can get cv critiques, enrol for a myriad of courses I don't really need and get interview techniques from people who vaguely care. Anyway, I have applied for another design job, one final push before I resign myself to having to get a proper job. Wish me luck. The interview is on tuesday.
Seen any good bands lately? Nah, I haven't either. It seems to be a bit of lull before all the tours kick back into effect. I AM going to see Zombina play the Retro bar basement. It'll be the first time I've seen them play outside of Liverpool and I'm sure it'll be frigging supoib. It's on the 30th of Jan, underneath Chorlton Street coach station if anyone's interested.
Not really much else to tell you. I had a night of sheer unbridled passion with a friend who shall remain nameless (although I've probably mentioned her in conversations with Brogan !!). Hehe.. A 'dark horse', me!
It was great fun (fookin knackered). I cooked the meal AND the bloody breakfast in bed! Look at what you're missing out on, ladies!! I'm a bit of an oglid/swamp-donkey, I haven't got a pot to piss in, but think of the breakfasts!!!
Anyone notice anything about my fave girls up there?? (KILL ME NOW
) That's right! I alphabetised them. That's how bored I was a few days ago. I HAD hoped to add the hypnotically sexy Apnea to the list, but it was too damn hard to 'relegate' one of my existing faves! I doubt she'll ever see this journal entry, so I can safely say my faves stay put. Although how long I can resist the relentless hotness of Apnea is yet to be seen. *sigh*
Anyway. I'm rapidly running out of things to say at this juncture, so I'll run up some extra bytes of bollocks for a change (like the rest ISN'T
). Actually, I've changed my mind. I'm going to crack on with my digital picture of Alisa. Must work harder, It's been under construction since the middle of december. I'm upto file number 14b, and I estimate I'll have 20 by the time it's done. I'll be emailing it soon and hopefully she'll like/approve of the end result.
