Hello everyone, how are you?
I don't consider myself an easy person to adopt habits or change my routine. I never went. I always watched the same films, the same series and listened to the same music. I rarely try new things. But since I started treatment for anxiety and depression, I have decided that I will not conform to this rigidity. I will try new things.
And the first new thing I'm trying is Yoga. I started a few days ago, but I've been enjoying it. I'm learning to relax, stretch, allow myself to take my time and not blame myself. What new things have you discovered in recent years?

Keep at it, it’s amazing for flexibility & mental health. I did a medical study years ago & of all the different types of exercise we tried yoga had the most amazing benefits, lowered blood pressure, lowered blood sugars, etc. Unfortunately, for me, Shrek in a yoga studio wasn’t much fun & I couldn’t afford private lessons! As for new things I’ve learned, I’m far happier single & unemployed than I would have thought. “Alone” is not a bad thing. Most “friendships” are not, IRL or on-line, they’ll be gone when you think you need them the most.
