Keep at it, it’s amazing for flexibility & mental health. I did a medical study years ago & of all the different types of exercise we tried yoga had the most amazing benefits, lowered blood pressure, lowered blood sugars, etc.  Unfortunately, for me, Shrek in a yoga studio wasn’t much fun & I couldn’t afford private lessons!  As for new things I’ve learned, I’m far happier single & unemployed than I would have thought.  “Alone” is not a bad thing. Most “friendships” are not, IRL or on-line, they’ll be gone when you think you need them the most.
