OCD OCD
I was diagnosed with OCD, so my way of dealing with stress is also one of the manifestations of my condition and is, perhaps, the only one I don't want to get rid of.
I walk. I walk from one side to the other inside the house and think, imagine myself in another place, fantasize about the perfect life, put on some music and see myself in another world.
Why was this bad? Before starting my treatment, I spent many, many, many hours walking from one place to another, which hindered my productive performance.
Now, it's just another weird practice I turn to when I'm stressed or bored.
This works indoors. On the street or in public places in general I have a bad habit of pursing my lips, I don't recommend it.
