I have been so busy this last two weeks, the girl at work ,in charge. had a cardiac arrest so now im running a gym, its crazy.
Shes okay now but wont be back at work for some time.

Both the laptop at home and the work computer have been attacked by some nasty virus's hence the reason for my absence.Im using my laptop which is very temperamental and im hoping this entry saves or i may cry..

Ive lost alot of weight in the past 2 months, i am much thinner than i was when my set was shot, im worried, im beginning to slow down and am really struggling, hopefully i can get my mind right ASAP.
