Im not too sure why im blogging, i dont actually have alot to say right now.
Im so tired.
I think i had about 3-4 hours sleep.
I took some pills last night, anti-psychotics..wow..no wonder they give them to people suffering psychosis, i have no feeling.

Im taking the time over the next few days to process whats been going on, trying to get back on track.

I cant believe how many amazing people i have met on here already. This place is my solace right now !

May right some more laaater.

I also find that caffeine is excellent for insomnia. Five cups of coffee works and I can often stay up all night just from a carton of Ben & Jerry's NY Chocolate Fudge. The fat content slows the absorption and it's kind of a slow-release thing. It has the special added benefit for those of us envious of our relatives, the whales, that with enough of this stuff you can start to resemble a whale. I no longer eat it often because Greenpeace offering to help me find the ocean got tiresome and embarassing. wink
