Sorry it's been so long. . . .

Last night I dreamt I fell into a coma, when I woke up the election was over, Bush was still in office. I started to make plans to leave this country.

Where should I go?
I could teach French in two years.
Or move to Vancouver and go to school there.
Or move to the desert and go mildly insane.
Or go to school in Bournemouth, maybe. . .

what do you want to happen if you only have ten more years of this lifestyle?

I had another dream I went fishing, the cold sliming wriggle of a desperate fish in my hands, my relief that I could feed Ryan after his long day of work, the waining light of day glittering on the rushing water.

And another dream, that a statue I carved from cold white marble, came to life in the curve of my hand, and warmed to my caresses. And I felt that I did something wrong to lust after something with no soul.

je dteste ma devoir de franais trop souvent. probablement parce que je ne suis pas au bon niveau alors il faut que j'crive des compositions banals aux choses comme "Mme. la Duchesse Dupont-Dufort, est-elle une bonne personne"...uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh.

and vancouver is foxy. i recommend it. but if you really want to go insane, i recommend los angeles--it fits right in with your desert idea.
