My house is so cold I can see my breath, but I'm scared to turn the heat up any higher. I wish I had a wood stove to cuddle up to. I have a ridiculous amount of layers on right now...
The moon is almost full and it sure is beautiful. My walk home from work is usually dark and creepy, but tonight the moon lit my way. I took this shitty picture of it with my phone:
It does not do it justice... please go outside and admire it. Tomorrow night it will be full... a blue moon and partial lunar eclipse on new year's eve! It should be a magical night.
I started the application for Suicide Girls. I just need to get the rest of the paperwork in and then.... !

my woodstove is such an inefficient beast, but recently i've been using it anyway ...it's sooo nice close up the rest of the house and stoke the fire until the living room feels tropical ....warms me to my creme-filled center
i hope you find a really toasty place to ring in the gregorian new year ...i know it's just an arbitrary date set by some pope in the 1400's, but the full moon is special (even if it's hiding above a blanket of cascadian cloudcover)
