So I'm done training for my not so new anymore job. Had my first day on the phones just before Newyears. That went well. It's really not busy right now so the job feels kinda pointless... as a result I've been drawing a lot more in MS Paint. Silly little program, but I'm enjoying it.
I spent this Newyears as I have for the past 10 years. I thought. I sat alone contemplating the people and places that have effected me, and pondering the ways that I've effected them. No drunken revelrie, no midnight kiss, no resolutions. Some of my friends find it sad that I do this each year. For me it's quite relaxing...
Though I could have used a kiss... or two.
Turns out one of the girls in training class with me at work frequently spends time at the Rainbow bar where I understand you folks sometimes begin your weekend "Shenanigans". She seems to be trying to get together a group of us to join her there some day. I've never been, though I've also never been invited.
If it turns out that I'm part of this little troupe, I'll fill you in on when so's maybe I can see someone I know there.
Christmas is a time for family. I got to spend time with all of it. Even my Brother and his littleuns who live in Edmonton normally. That was good fun, board games with a 10 and 12 year old are always interesting.
Got a fortune cookie recently. It proclaimed "Your nurturing instincts will expand to include many people." Sounds nice don't it....
Enjoy your week alls.

I don't play WoW myself (YET) I'm waiting on some RAM for my computer, and then I can run the goddamn program. I stole the stats from my oft-spoke of friend Scott, he plays a lot. I know he's on shadowsong (or something or other) here and there, but lord knows which character and when and why. He has about 5 characters he messes around with. Two are level 60, a warlock and a druid. The others I forget... an undead priest, another warlock, and a shaman I think. Not sure. But I love to watch him play and the game fascinates me, he's always telling me one thing or another about it. SO, I hope to be playing by the end of January.
