Good news.
Surgery went well, she is now in recovery.
The.... thing came out without damage to surrounding organs.
The pathologist on duty declaired it is not cancerous.
They sewed her up, cleaned her off, and sent her back to bed. In about 5 days or so she can come home and then in about 5 weeks or so it will just be a big scar.

This could not have turned out any better.
