I joined LA Fitness tonight. It was so easy to do it online. That way I could avoid the sales pitch tour and just go in and get the tour my first check-in
Im pretty stoked. There are a lot of great classes. Zumba, Step, BodyWorks, Yoga, Cycle, Kickbox Cardio, and Club Circuit Boxing Oh and a military influenced bootcamp. Ill be doing that next month, so that I dont die for trying it too early on in my fitness. No sense in injuring myself.
So excited. its going to be a lot better than me trying to do this on my own and only when my mom can meet up and train me. Plus I can give friends a free 2-week pass, I held off on getting it because I dont really know who would actually use it and also go with me.
So there we go. Its also late. So I gotta go to sleep.
I ate a huge salad today with avocados, ranch, and a little bit of buffalo sauce.
Also had some green beans, carrots, and potatoes with pepper seasoning. And a small portion of spicy sausage for some protein. Oh and a 20oz cafe au lait with splenda and cinnamon I stayed up too late last night and woke up entirely too early as well.
So Im going to get some really good workouts this week because over the weekend Ill be limited since my Pit Bull is going in for her spay appointment Friday morning and I dont have a crate for her :-/

If you're thinking of getting it: for reference, I'm a 34 D and I'm wearing a medium in that pic. I think a large would be better for the cup size 'cause my boobs kinda look like earrings in that pic, but would be too big around the chest.
