I'm completely unapologetic about my incomunicado status, as I've been sunning myself whilst reading cheap paperback fiction and 'A Brief History of Time' in Mangawhai (northland, NZ). The latter work is very droll, I'm pleasantly surprised.
So, I'm brown, awesome and sexually frustrated. Though when isn't the latter a factor, I put to the panel. My tradition of a dual birthday (due to my birthdate falling during the summer holidays) went as planned: bbq while in Mangawhai with family, very nice. Chinese buffet yesterday with friends in a wonderful crumbling grandure eatery (decor hasn't changed since it's hey-day). Gifts received: item, one sexy black bikini (perhaps photos will be forthcoming?); item, a 2005 desk calendar of "Bushisms", i.e. the moronic things your president says (glad he's not mine); item, large amounts of chocolate; item, a promised pair of sexy stilettos to add to the collection; item, cash from relatives who don't know what to buy me.
Speaking of cash, I've been donating to the tsunami relief fund, and you should too.
Was unsurprisingly pleased to hear my ex-flatmate and his now-wife are not dead but are instead safe, having gone to Sri Lanka to see her family and wed.
Have been partying for the last few days and my bodyclock is haywire (it's 4:30am NZ time). Spent tonight watching Happy Tree Friends with a recent addition to my good friends list, we'll call him G.
Somebody set up us the bomb! Or not, in the case of my girlfriend hunting and vibrator acquiring efforts. I do seem to end up dating men despite my (best?) intentions...
To conclude, all your base are belong to us. And I am rad.
UPDATE: Photos I should have posted a while ago, and some recent ones.
Getting my tattoo done (note that even my tattooist's hands are hot. She has bright red hair )
Me yesterday in Albert Park. Note brownness of skin.
Waking up after falling asleep on the grass...
I'm a cute drunk, no?
I'm off to watch Happy Tree Friends. But first I must clean the fridge which smells like rotting vegetables.
