Back after my hiatus. Did you miss me?
Yesterday I went to a tiny little English cafe in Queen's Arcade, at the bottom of Queen's Street. There are four small tables in this little Mecca and it is full to the brim with antiques and jars of all the tea varieties you could ever wish for. I had a piece of delicious orange cake and a citron earl grey with milk. I did my knitting (my scarf is over a metre long I'm so proud) and listened to the lady who runs the cafe talking to her regular customers, Burt and Gladys, about Coronation Street. The carpet was red with a faded fleur de lis motif.
I was happy.![smile](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/smile.0d0a8d99a741.gif)
