People are disappearing...scary.
I got sick last night because my apartment was so friggin' cold. What the hell, doesn't it realize it's spring, so it's supposed to warm up eventually? Bastards.
I was gonna ask the girl out today, but she left earlier than usual, so I missed my chance. She was supposed to be there later than me, so I was gonna do it after I was off. Oh well.
Looks like I get to see Dick Dale tonight with oak. Should be a helluva lot of fun!

Highlight of my week*: Watching Dick Dale get off stage, walk through the crowd, out the front door and across Damen Ave, all while playing some kickass rock and roll. This man rocks!
*that is, the highlight so far. I'd love to have an even better highlight tomorrow!

Was Dale playing at the DD? i'm trying to figure out where else it could be near Damen... i was really into the music scene in chicago before i moved out here in '96... RIP, Lounge Ax.
