I actually did the 14-mile run last week. We didn't pay attention to the map and ended up doing 15 miles. 2 hours and 27 minutes.
This week is a 7 mile "recovery" run. Piece of cake!!

i have about 3 inches to go before i can donate my hair again. it's a pain in the ass, but it's just something so easy that you can do to help someone else. it's actually kind of neat when you get to put your ponytail in the mail and know that some little kid will feel a little more normal because of your small gesture.
