I watched the final instalment in the Antoine Doinel movies by Truffaut yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed them. Paris in the '70s certainly appeals to me. I did some reading about Truffaut. It's a pity he died so young.
I started watching Libeled Lady last night. It's a '30s romantic comedy with William Powell, Myrna Loy, Spencer Tracy and Jean Harlow. It's been really enjoyable so far.
Time to clean the guinea pig cage, hop on the bike and then make a yummy breakfast.
edit: ok so while not looking at sets, I just noticed that in Rin's new set, she is wearing my new glasses.

I just got The Wind Will Carry Us, a very "realist" Iranian movie about some guys going to a remote village to film a death ceremony. One of those slow-going movies that ends up being quit satisfying in its humanity n such.
I haven't seen The Libeled Lady. It's been a while since I got an older film; there's some I always think of getting, like Double Indemnity, Dark Passage, etc.
