The saga of Barry continues in this weeks installment of mysteries , marvels and magic:
*Myself and Kate watched quite a few films this week (of varying degrees of quality) . 'The Grudge' .. the Japanese version , didn't have much idea what was going on and that damn Toshio kid who made the strange creaky noises freaked me out ... it was quite entertaining all the same. 'Dawn Of The Dead' .. seen it before , fantastic fun . 'Once Upon A Time In Mexico' .. again made little sense but was most entertaining and had Johnny Depp with no eyes shooting folk

*Public Service Announcement
Do not under any circumstances watch this . It is one of the worst films i've ever seen . Awful plot , so many stupid lame Hollywood cliches , crap music , just crap everything and that grinning git from American Pie being his usual 'I want to smack this guy hard in the face' level of irritating .. and Chow Yun Fat drivelling on trying to be mystic talking about the ratio of hotdogs to buns . Complete and utter bollocks ..not a single redeeming feature...it just made me angry. I pity anyone else whose spent money on this.. so much so we put a note in the dvd box warning fellow renters it was bollocks .
*I got a ticket to see Green Day at Brixton in january , i've seen them before and they were a great live band and the new albums probably one of there best . So im going to go stand with all the 14 year old ankle biters .. it'll be how I used to feel standing in the shallow end in the school swimming pool . Hey at least i'll be able to see.
*Been skiving work this week , well I had planned to take thursday off on wednesday night and then I actually woke up feeling sick on thursday so of course I had to take friday off to mooch about doing nothing to make up for it . It was nice , got a break from London , got my work done early , got to lounge about playing Vice City and drinking Southern Comfort . Needed it really , I had been feeling just so burnt out .
Its getting annoying people telling me how tired I look no matter how much I sleep get.

So i've been strutting about the streets pretending to be a Jedi .
*Busy week coming up so it'll probably be another week before this thing gets updated again . Got my writing class , seeing a flick at the London Film Festival , seeing Gin Panic and Hate Camel . My Good buddy thelizardking is gracing us with his presence too .
*Got myself a portfolio for my work , got four pieces in it so far .. and as the course is a year it should be pretty hefty by the end of it . Im starting showing it to more people too , getting some good feedback ..there probably all lying but its nice all the same.
*Woop de doo its chrimbo soon , all the brochures are out in the stores already . I can't be bothered , its just another excuse to bleed more money out of people . It would be nice to do something totally different for christmas , something good and memorable ..something that maybe helped those less fortunate ... but what ? . But if anything positive is to be taken from it I like the excuse for a social gathering , getting to see people I don't see so much . I look forward to that at least.
*Not long till I say goodbye to my social life and become a hermit-
Anyway I have exhausted all topics of any interest so I shall get me coat and bugger off . No plans for tonight accept lounging about , drinking wine and watching Michael Palin .
