*Blimey first weekend in ages where there hasn't been a meet type thing going on . I shall actually have to entertain myself it seems .
* Im going to the Fleadh festival on sunday ( or ffflleeaauuugggghhhh ... im not sure how to pronounce it) to see Bob Dylan with my sister and the old man for fathers day . They have Counting Crows , Charlatans and various Irish folky types . Should be a nice day , I like Dylans music alot , he is a truly amazing lyricist but I haven't heard great things about his live show . But I guess we shall see won't we , its a day out for the old man anyway.
*Tommorow I don't have anything planned so im thinking of slinking off on my own for an afternoon at the cinema . I really like the look of 'The Cooler' ... I kind of considered 'Jersey Girl' being a big fan of Kevin Smith but its not really making itself that appealing to me .. so i'll probably give it a miss.
*I've been feeling quite ill this week , im still feeling the effects of the heatstroke I got at the Isle Of Wight Festival . Completly dehydrated , hayfever to the max , going to bed about half 10 and getting 9 hours sleep and still feeling like crap and heavy achy bones . Right little ray of sunshine
. Probably should have had more than one day off work .. im better than I was though.

*A few thoughts on "the footie" - I've been told im very unpatriotic in saying so but I want England to fuck off and lose and get eliminated so maybe we won't have to hear anymore about it .
Im tired of every house , car , person
dog being draped in the St Georges flag . Is the only means people have for being proud of there country watching a bunch of overpaid primadonna ponces shuffle about for an hour and a half?? . I mean Beckham and Co. couldn't care less about you , they wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire ... if they weren't paid hundreds of thousands of pounds they wouldn't bother.
And anything that gives an excuse for a bunch of brain dead chavs to smash up large parts of Portugal isn't a good idea . Most of the rest of Europe manages to behave itself but oh no not 'IN-GER-LAND' ... and it makes me so sad that this is the image that alot of the world will have of the English people because of a small perecentage of these fools . .. so forgive me for not giving a shit about it.
Also have you ever actually sat down and watched a match completly sober ? ... its incredibly dull .

Odd note about KMFDM, a make of mine played keyboards on tour with them recently, which, for me, is very damn cool.
