Well I just had a remarkably sobering long walk home after missing the last bus and got the usual abuse hurled at me from the crem-de-la-crap of society that inhabit Shitsville. It still amazes me I can be in London and feel safe , nothing has ever happened to me in the big scary capital but when I get back here its a different story.
Anyway much of this weekend has been spent in the company of SGUK .. two nights on the trot ..wow
. Today might actually have been considered a quiet meet , I met folks for drinks , got to sample the delights of 'Ed's Diner' and got to play at being barman .
Earlier on I went to see 'Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind' which I loved
.. a completly fucked up upside down , back to front love story . Definetly one im going to get on dvd. It put me in a better mood , as I just had this really weird mix of loneliness and resentment creeping over me all day .. too much time on my own probably . I bitched at this stupid american woman who told me to get out of her allocated seat when the cinema was practically empty.
But yeah its been a good couple of days in all (im sure Creamy's journal will elaborate further ), I look forward to seeing the pictures from fridays shenanigans. I got myself some new reading material as well as I didn't like being 2 days without any - 'the stranger' by albert camus and my 3rd douglas coupland book 'generation x'.
I have also posted a meet for my birthday in a few weeks, I don't know whether i've been hanging about long enough yet to be doing that , but I would consider alot of you friends now and it would be nice to see you. . So we shall have to see how that pans out.
Meanwhile back at the ranch , tommorow I have to go get my plane tickets for my holiday , get a 21st birthday pressie for my good friend claire and I was thinking about seeing 'wonderland' as well ..so that should keep me busy.
But for now its 2.17am and im definetly ready for my bed so im calling it a day , night folks.
