today i had the day off work the new trader joes is now open and thats a trip.dodgeball was fun last night though today it feels my arm is out of socket.i just read the richard kerns interview that was exciting.

i'm addicted to trader joe's dark chocolate espresso beans despite the mild psychosis and spastic behavior they cause. stormy and i used to eat them in the tour van and pounce over the seats while others attempted sleep. haha such assholes...
