I just started working out today. I fell off since returning to college but I am trying to get my diet in check and start back up. Today I did Chest/Abs. I am following MAX-OT workouts so high weight low reps. Body weight exercises and abs I do until failure. The other sets I also do til failure but they obviously have a set weight I use which I prefer not to post since I am weak, haha!
Chest:
Bench x3 sets
Inclinde DB bench x3 sets
Pushups x2 sets til failure
Abs:
Weighted decline crunches x3 til failure
Leg raises x3 til failure
30min Bike Ride around campus
Tomorrow I plan on getting my diet in check. I followed a ketogenic diet before college and I might do a similar diet again. I guess we'll see. Tomorrow will be my shoulder and tricep day. I'm probably going to start blogging my workout here which should help me stay on track.
I need some encouragement so feel free to help me out in any way possible!
