As I have spent many days self quarantined here in the Bay Area of California..Oakland to be more specific is a place where artists musicians and makers flocked because of cheap rent and the proximity to the great expensive city of San Francisco ..I watched my friends take action to isolate but continue during this time to be creative and continue to create the magic we need in order to distract ourselves from the shit show our unqualified leader has produced...my friend Zoe my ex who is a coustume designer who designs and makes the most elaborate pieces for folks going to burning man or dancers is now making masks for first responders and others like myself selling them online to help support her family ..my musicians are making music and broadcasting online ..d j spinning away all while I stayed home I had some online constantly entertaining me..my friends that are activists are feeding the less fortunate in the food deserts here in our city..the makers are building gardens and other things like chicken coops ,,and fences to secure the places as the crime heats up..the witches and herbalists put so many helpful things in my covid bucket that was tied to my locked gate ..it’s now the time to rise up and use the time we are quarantined to do positive stuff..let’s all work and continue to inspire or create ..I myself the optimistic plumber will do my thing and continue to provide plumbing service for my community because water is life..I will continue also to work on my farm and gro2 my magical covid cannabis crops that will be the medicine used by these people for their alements ..we will rise and shine..we can’t depend on anyone to help us but ourselves ..stay safe and do your thing..Now is the time!
