So I have disappeared for awhile as I got infected with the virus..dealing with a long week of plumbing at the very end of the week I fellt really sick ..on a job site sitting in my company suv I sat in the drivers seat and one minute I was on the. Phone and the next moment I dropped the phone and felt unbelievable fatigue ..I went home and tried to relax slowly by Sunday I was in bad shape and received contact from a neighbor that visited ny hq the last place they visited said her and her boyfriend tested positive..all throughout the week I handled all purchases from the supply houses in order to prevent my workers in getting too much contact here in Oakland..I tried to bet tested 10 days ago and then once again on Sunday no tests available ..I retreated to my farm with very little medical supplies ,,my friends that are really smart made me ge..vitamin c powder..vitamin d pills 2000iu..zinc cough drops,,oregano oil ..musilex to prevent mucus ..Tylenol aspirin..lots of tea..turmeric.
Pain..sore throat like swelling glass ..dizzy ...spasmatic cramps pain..extreme fatigue..stuff nose..no bowl problems..level 5 Sunday night level 2 today as far as pain
