Hopefuls Log. Stardate 91029.91
Eeeks mageeks! It's been awhile since my last entry so I'll just get right to the good stuff. My set 'Cabernet' is now in member review so that's pretty awesome. Everyone has been super supportive and encouraging, all the love has just been overwhelming. You guys seriously rock and I'm so pleased to be in this community of beautiful women, and wonderful people. Alright!
The last few weeks have been all kinds of fun. I had a really great time having drinks and dinner before seeing Into Darkness. I even brought my Tribble with me! I absolutely loved it, I was a big fan of the 2009 one as well, what did you guys think?
I also had the pleasure of being a guest on Sweet Action Podcast's Doctor Who special! Find them on iTunes to check out the episode, they're pretty hilarious dudes and are always on top of their geek news
Exciting news over on Zivity! I won my first prize with an entry ScaredyLion and I did for The Art of Submission contest. You can check out 'Red Roped Redhead' here
I also had two new sets go up over there as well. First is 'Overnight Detour' and the second is 'Metal Fashion'.
I had an insanely awesome time drinking, dancing, and drag showing the night away with some of my best friends at Burkhart's. The uber sexy Raven, from Ru Paul's Drag Race, was in town and her performance was killer. We snagged a photo at the meet and great after in which Mariah, Phoenix, and Angelica all jumped into. Such an amazing night.
This past weekend I got to spend two fun filled days with my very best girlfriend, as well as a few other excellent people. We spent Saturday frolicing around The Renaissance Festival, and Sunday at Sweetwater.
I finally got around to reading the STNG and 11th doctor crossover series. I don't usually read comics from either one of those shows, but I couldn't resist Picard and Matt Smith together, it was a fun little read. Other than that I've been enjoying being outdoors as many days as possible before the insanity that is summer in Georgia begins. And as always a few random extras.
I guess that about sums it up. Hope everyone enjoyed the Dr. Who finale and The Red Wedding and whatever other things were happening in TV shows I don't watch. Make sure to check out 'Cabernet' and show some love, it could use a little more. I can't wait to shoot for SG again! As always you can find me..
