So the end of the Morrisey saga was that we went had a fantastic time. It was probably the best concert im a few years. My partner was very excited because Morrisey played her favorite Smiths song "Girlfriend in a Comma." She also drank a bit too much and was a bit naughty on the drive home. I will not say more.
On to other things, I am getting a bit perturbed about aging. Older friends have been telling me that being 40 is the beginning of the end. I always made fun of them and thought they were full of crap. So in the past few weeks, I have noticed that these two little freckles on my face are starting to look a little more like age spots every day. What the fuck? I am kind of a vain guy, so I am not surprised that I am obsessing about this. But I am only forty fucking one. Now if those spots were anywhere else I would not give a crap. Where is that Michael Jackson bleaching cream? So all you young ones beware.

Ach, aging...I'm giving up smoking cigs this week so my skin won't age prematurely, and tanning? Fuggedaboudit! For the age spots...Avon makes a great fading cream for freckles and marks. It smells good (but not too girly) and moisturizes too!
Hipster hats, eh? Well, there's the conductor hat, but that's a bit faded. Don't even think about a trucker hat! Irish caps are always neat, the Elvis Costelloish, mini fedora can work on some people, but I'm always a fan of the classic fedora. Very stylish, and anyone can pull it off. It goes casual (in a black straw weave) or formal (traditional felt with Harlem-esque feather).
xoxos!
