a couple weeks ago I decided to stop drinking beer for a while, get my body on more of a regular schedule and started going for daily bike rides in the evening. Sometimes go during the day but I am so sensitive to sunlight and burn very quickly so unless I need to go and pick up a few things from the fabric store I just drive later on.
I swear to god, half my ass has shrunk. I can fit into my old pants that were tight as well a few weeks ago. I Could barely get them on a while back. I was starting to get a bit of a gut and now it is gone as well. I had gained a bit of weight since I moved back to MN and it was starting to really get to me as of late and I'm pretty sure that some of it was to blame from drinking and eating late at night. I'm on such a crazy schedule half the time and I have really bad insomnia. Slept great last night, no meds needed what so ever.

But I still drink- not quite as much though. We don't go out to eat as often as we use to. So maybe that contributes to it. That and we've been walking fools the past few weekends.
