Feeling a bit better... gatorade, lots of food etc...but, i AM going to take the three days off that they ordered...more to save my sanity than anything. And in actuality, it is a matter of principle.
I am done breaking company policy AND the law for the assholes in management at the place. The amount of things I have done, which are common practice in that store, would have me fired, if not brought up on charges. I didn't even file an accident report for my finger. That wasn't a big deal but....time to cover my own ass. If I were as big of a cunt as my store manager is, I could fucking take her entire livelihood right out from under her. I've decided to give them through August, so she can keep her precious vacations (2 weeks out of this month
) but after that- I am OUT! My exit interview will be full of holes, because while I would like to tear down her entire life- she has a family to support. And I'll keep that in mind. 
BUT!! Even though I don't have to talk about the things she does that would have her terminated IMMEDIATELY, I CAN still tell the DM about the rather un-PC practices in effect at the store. Such as accusing the other asst. of 'stealing' her sales in front of customers, the fact that she has a kind of dyslexia when explaining things/ giving direction (and then screaming that WE aren't listening to her) and that she berades staff members, including myself IN FRONT of the rest of the staff.
BLAH BLAH BLAH>...rant over- I'm going to go outside with my son and hubby, relax in the shade with my gatorade and plan my avenue of escape from that death trap...
On a much happier note- the sweet, amazing, PHENOMENAL jimcurt99 has started a portrait of me. It is something I will treasure until the day I die and I couldn't be more grateful to him AND the rest of you for all of the support and kind words about my little physical breakdown yesterday.
It is now my mission to become what I have never been before: HEALTHY.
SO! Wish me luck- I have a LOT to change in order to accomplish this, so any advice or encouragements would be greatly appreciated. I've never cared about my health...I've actually always been seemingly hellbent on destroying it. But, yesterday made me realize that my health no longer ONLY affects me. I have a son to take care of. And I plan on watching him grow...
