Hello all! Feeling a bit better now and I feel as if I haven't been on here in FOREVER! Hope all is well with everyone out there in SG Land!
Yesterday, I had a bit of an epiphany. Well, not so much of an epiphany as getting so fed up with the condition of my life that I am finally pissed off enough to do something about it. I'VE HAD IT! If i have to hear one more thing about my life that needs to be fixed, I'm gonna lose it- so, in order to solve that problem, what has to be done? I have to get off my ass and show some results.
SO! Today, is going to be a very busy day:
----I started to work out with a buddy on here...so as not to let her down, I plan on taking my son for a walk down by the lake. It is a nice work out because it takes about 30-40 minutes round trip and there is a super long gradual slope up on the way home that leaves my thighs and tush burning by the time I get to my front door.
----Call civil services to find a job placement/testing date. If I can land something having to do with social work, it might aid me in my psych experience.
----Go to the Town and apply for a lake parking pass- because it will make it more likely for me to get down to the lake for walks/exercise and play with my son.
----Call the mommy-child play group that I am going to start taking the Wubba to Monday mornings
----Get ALLLL laundry over to my mother's house so I can do it all over the weekend while i house sit for them.
----Clean my son's room
----Go through the bills and separate by company etc.
AND! Since I've been majorly slacking on the 30 day thing:
I'm going to do a half-assed catch-up:
DAY 17: Picture of something that has had a major impact on you lately:
Happy to report this one...I actually feel more like I have in years- it's good to come back to a community of non-judgmental (mostly) and alternative community. Feel like home to me
DAY 18: Picture of your biggest insecurity
These are pretty self-explanatory:
Like most women:
Like me:
DAY 19: Picture of you when you were little:
One of my favorite's of my sister and I: (that's me on the right if you didn't guess by the hair- lol...gotta look at the eyes on this one!
DAY 20: Picture of somewhere you would love to travel:
The UK
and India and Tibet/Nepal and all/ some of those countries. Not trying be rude by grouping them, just trying to explain the reason for my journey on that one.
Alright, until later guys-
xoxo

I know when I was in the doldrums, the kids (when younger) always seem to make life better. Ah, to have such a carefree life.
