1) Hot coffee, but hot chocolate is awesome. Especially with the mini marshmallows.
2) Sets in striped socks! You can leave them on the entire time. Sweaters hide the good stuff, and then you just take it off anyway.
3) Ok. So I grew up always having a real tree. Now I’m the one who has to deal with it, and it’s a fucking pain in the ass. Getting it on the car, putting it in the stand, the damn needles everywhere, water inevitably spilling. Did I mention the needles everywhere? You’ll find those fuckers hidden in crevices four years later. This is my last year for a real tree, and I went Charlie Brown this season because I couldn’t deal.
4) This is a toss-up. I love small, multi colored lights but I also love classic, small white lights. I usually do a mix. This year’s tiny tree holds one string of white lights haha.
5) Holiday cookie. Nothing with nuts or coconut, though.
6) The Grinch. He’s classic. Also, I always really enjoyed that scene where the Whos are all eating their feast.
