VARIOUS THINGS.

For those wondering the results of my previous poll, I ended up getting Elliott Smith's Either/Or and The XX's self titled. Immensely pleased with both! Next time there is money I will get Skid Row.

I am still working at the bowling alley bar. It's pretty fun. Supposedly when leagues start we will be up to our eyeballs in customers, but for now it's quite mellow. I'm surprised by the range of people who are league bowlers. There are definitely some of the stereotypical old man, Nam vet, blue collar, beer or black coffee types. There is also a whole league of 20somethings including some bartenders and the manager of an AT&T store. And there are some seriously oddball characters. As far as people watching it's an amazing job.

Mr_Reliable's band is getting ready to play their first show October 9th. I'm excited. They sound really great.
