So on Sunday I barfed like 8-10 times total. That was fun. I didn't eat anything until 9 pm.
Now, I've decided to both cut way back on drinking and also cut down on dairy. I'm eliminating/ reducing dairy because I have chronic upper respiratory congestion, and supposedly dairy makes it worse. We'll see.
