I'm in San Jose! The weather here is much nicer than I expected. Much. Although, after the days we spent in Houston ant other weather would be nice. There's nothing like touching your arm and findig that your had has actually gotten stuck to it in the humidity.
The cool thing about Houston, though, is the Space Center. We got to walk around in a mock-up space shuttle, see a live video feed into the space station, hear about the new Ares project and the station they're going to build on the moon, David's step-dad was friends with the lady speaking about it so we got to talk to her about all kinds of stuff, we saw where the astronauts live and train... it was generally pretty freaking awesome. I'll put up some pictures, most of them are from my phone though.
So San Jose is kind of weirding me out in that there are mountains on all sides. I'm used to my mountains beig west. That's how I know what direction things are. If they're not west, I'm in them. So I'm just spinning in circles confusedly, thinking I'm in the Twilight Zone where everywhere is west. Also, the palm trees are freaking me out.
Anyway, I'm having lots of fun with my boyfriend. It's fun seeing him all the time and meeting his family and friends. Plus his dog is wonderful. One weird thing is that his best friend since they were babies is dating a girl who is basically just like me. She even had purple hair. And just like with me and David, she lent him FF7 months ago and he still hasn't played it.
Oh, and the kittens started getting along before I left. There are a couple camera phone pictures in my 'People' folder of the bebe.

Haha. Last night was actually the fifth time I've seen them. I still have three weeks till I'm going to California for that Rage concert which is starting to look like it's going to be more of a road/weekend trip. Hell, any kind of vacation sounds good. Well, have fun over there. Cali can be crazy.
