I have a fuck it and/or fuck you attitude today and has paid off at work already. I declined a gig yesterday for the first time with The Sins. It was on July 4th and my family comes first. No way in hell I am going to tell my wife and kid that I will be gone that day. Lead singer was not happy but you know....Fuck it and/or fuck him.

Well, I hope you feel better. I have those days all the time. It will get better.
