"Fever to Tell" by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs is a fucking awesome album. For some reason, it makes me think of the movie Near Dark. Odd, since Near Dark is a Western Vampire movie (sounds gay, but it's truly the best vampie movie I've ever seen).

Well, well, well. I am certainly feeling very smug right now. Just pulling figures out of my ass, I calculated it'd cost about $150,000 to build a house in Tacoma. Well, I just got onto Tacoma's permit website and calculated that the average value of their single-family dwelling permits they've issued in the last two years is about $166,000. Course, the one I'm looking to build isn't very big - just a small 3bed, 2bath with a one car garage (or maybe not even that so I can have bigger rooms - besides, not many houses in Tacoma even have garages).
OK. It's time to try and get some sleep. I made the mistake of getting up early this morning, then laying back down and spending the majority of the day in bed, so now it's three in the AM, about three hours earlier then I planned on waking up, and here I am still awake. Fuck me silly and call me Shirley.

Sadly the real estate market around here is taking a hit now from the shitty economy , I hope it does not crash like it did back in 1992 
Hopefully the seattle - kent area wont drop too much cause that would make for a shitty time to start a construction company
