Well, my engine is safe and delivered in Kent, WA. Naturally, it was a major pain in the ass because the fucking cunt whore at the storage unit lied to me to get my business. If this was an honest mistake I would understand and be a little more forgiving, but I am unable to see this as anything but a deliberate mistake exploiting my disadvantage of not living local to the storage unit.
To explain; when I called I SPECIFICALLY stated that I needed a 5x5 storage unit with driveway access, that was NOT off of a main hallway, that I could back a truck up to and unload directly into the unit. I went so far as to explain that I would be using a motorized engine lift that would not fit through a door and thus I needed a unit with drive way access and no communal hallway access. I even talked to this person on THREE different occasions to confirm reservations and whatnot, and on each occasion further emphasized my need for a unit with driveway access, as I knew that this could prove to be the problem area it turned out to be.
Frankly, I don't know how my brother and the guy delivering the engine got 200+lbs of iron down a long hallway and into a storage unit, but they did, and I am very grateful (until I have to move it out, then I'm fucked ).
In other news, I feel absolutely horrible. I ran out of the one stomach medication I can't live without and every second is a fight not to vomit. Plus I quit smoking this morning, following quite the little nicotine binge last night, and my lungs/throat feel like they want to go on strike.
This is going to be a very bad day.

It must have been a real bitch for them to get the motor in there , hopefully they had a palletjack on hand at the storage place , that motor must weight in at well over 700 pounds
