Got a Ted Nugent CD just for the song "Strangehold".
So here's the plan for the engine;
Engine: bored out to 540 cubic inchs, 550-600hp/650-700ft-lbs
Transmission: Either a TH400 built to the teeth with an Overdrive gear added (about $1500)
OR
A Quadzilla $2600 four-speed "automatic" transmission that shifts fully manual (without a clutch) and is built for 1,200hp.
Probably go with the TH400 to save money.
Switched plans on the truck. I'd have to spend about five grand just to get a 68-72 C10 to handle good, whereas I can spend half that much to get a late 70s C10 to do the same. Besides, the square body late 70 trucks are still very cool and even cheaper.
Am very tired. My back itches. Am hungry, but ate some bad food early and spent three hours trying not to vomit. Then went out and bought and ate half a big box of DOTS? What the fuck!? Yeah...tomorrow morning is going to be rough....gonna need to keep the TUMS handy....

fuck me, we got this monster hail storm coming to my area and my truck is only half parked under the covered parking cause everything is fucking full. Well, at least I;m not the only one.

Shit , your complaining about a hail storm , we got 5 + days of snow slated for up here starting tonight . You should be able to find tons of old pickups in good condition down there .
