Oh yeah baby!
So, the Cadillac 500 cubic inch big block is now very likely going to be a reality. I just need to fly up to Seattle, borrow a brother's truck, rent an engine lift (or probably just buy one), and rent a storage unit.
This is the kind of thing that usually peters out at the last moment, but fuck it, why not? About a thousand bucks to be spent and out of it I get a 400hp engine that, when rebuilt, will be pushing a solid 500hp and 600+ft lbs, PLUS I get to spend the weekend with my brother's and sisters and nieces and nephews. Fuckin' a, sounds more like winning the lottery then anything else.

Now you just need a project car to stick that big caddy engine in , I've seen hot rodders even stick those motors in old camero's . I just used all of my old hot rod magazines as bullet catchers for target shooting , but I do remember there is a few aftermarket parts companies for those old caddy motors .
Oh did you get a girlfriend? didnt i see something about that in a past journal? maybe im just crazy...oh well, congrats on the uh Cadillac 500 cubic inch big block!
