Yeah, so I guess the ex and I are still good, after all the fucking drama. I wrote more in my last post, but it all seems irrelevent now. We're back together and that's that. We shall see how long it last's THIS time.
Why is it I can't get a hold of half of my tenants? Fuckers. That's it, no more Mr. Nice Guy. From now on, every time they are late with rent, they pay late fees. This is bullshit - some people pay so late it's not even fucking funny, and they do it EVERY month. I tell them if they need to set up something special to do so, like some of my other tenants, but they always say no, they'll pay on time next month. Fuck this, besides, I get to keep the late fees, so every time I tell them to forget the late fees, that is bonus money out of my pocket. Also, I'm tired of trying to be understanding about all this bullshit.

Oddly enough, all the people who pay late every month are the one's with really nice cars and trucks, with expensive rims and custom paint jobs and shit like that. Not to mention that half of them have four thousand dollar big screen TVs in their living rooms. I was always of the opinion that one's rent get's paid before everything else - what good is a TV if you're living in the back of your car??
