Hi SG lovers,
As always, a big thanks to the kind comments left on my last blog, you know who you are and you're all awesome!
So what have I been up to since the last blog? Not a lot at all...
Still in pain, so haven't been fit for doing much. I've arranged to see the doctor on Friday, to see if I can speed up my referral to the pain clinic, as the painkillers aren't helping much.
Anyway, that's enough about the pain, it's not making me feel any better by typing about it...
I still haven't got my final assessment started, as I've not been able to concentrate on coursework this past week. I'll have to get the assessment started this weekend, as I've got another 3 day weekend this week. Deadline's on the 30th, so I need to get cracking!
Had a nice Saturday afternoon with the Mrs, just the two of us (which is rare). We went to town for lunch and pottered around in town for a while afterwards. We hope to do the same this weekend, as it does us good to get some time on our own.
Finally got Despicable Me this weekend, we'd forgotten about that one until we saw the trailer for the sequel when we went to see Iron Man 3. We picked up the first one for 4.99 at our local Co-op on Saturday. Also spotted they have the new Total Recall for 7.99 (Tesco are selling it for 13.99), but decided to hold off getting that one as we saw it at the cinema and we're going to wait until it's about the 5 mark.
Another good, but not great episode of Doctor Who on Saturday. 2 episodes left to go of this season and I agree with the comments on the Doctor Who group that it's had a fairly lacklustre run this time.
The Cybermen are back in this week's episode so we can hope things will pick up, if not, then I think this second half of the season is going to end on an anti-climax before the 50th anniversary episode in November.
Had a very lazy day on Sunday and spent some time playing Hitman Absolution, then spent the rest of the day watching the wife playing it.
Thinking to download Catherine as well, as that's the other free game this month. Don't really know much about it though, has anyone else played it and is it any good?
Still no luck on the job front, as there were no suitable jobs for me to apply for in last weekend's paper. I decided not to bother applying for the job at the vet because I don't feel that it's the job for me. The pay's better, but it's not worth it to be stuck in a job that you hate.
Will have to consult the paper on Friday to see if there's anything I can apply for this week.

That's about it for this blog, so I'll finish with the usual request for more love for the following lovely ladies. They all deserve a ton of love, and to quote Father Ted: "They ALL have lovely bottoms!"

It shouldn't be an issue, I know I won the war as it were, all our mutual friends are my friends are my friends still and not hers, it's just it's a small world, you never know what someone you meet in the future may have been told and what they know.
