I just finished loading 8 bags of canned goods and other non perishable items in to our minivan to be dropped off at our local food shelf. While I am more than happy to help them out, as I truly believe they provide a valuable service to my community, I can't help but wonder why we have 8 bags full of things we don't want and won't use. I've always thought of myself as a frugal person. I may need to seriously reevaluate our shopping habits.
