I pretty much got kicked out of a hospital tonight because the attending accused me of lying about my injury then got told to take a cab to my Veteran's Hospital which I was trying to go to the whole time for the MRI that is going to show what's wrong so it can be fixed... I went in by AMBULANCE because it was my only option tonight.. I couldn't bare to walk again... and the attending treated me like this because I had to come back a second night due to an increase of pain, loss of motion in my arm and on top of it my VA DR's office TOLD ME TO GO TO THE 24hr VA TREATMENT!!!

The paramedics who brought me to the hospital I went to did their job really well and brought me to the closest hospital for treatment first, and then I was to be moved. Which the gentleman paramedic told the staff... NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED. I was given NOTHING for the pain.

They discharged me with an ice pack, and a brace for my arm that literally caused more pain than it helped. It sent a burning sensation down my arm as well as numbness because of them forcing me into a position I was unable to move my arm. The response given to my telling of this was "The brace is for your comfort." My chest, shoulder, forearm and hand are all STILL SWOLLEN and were the whole time I was in the hospital. I was in tears ALL DAY today and nearly collapsed several times due to the excruciating pain and I remain in just as much now..

The only possibility is a torn rotator cuff at this point... the question is how bad. Instead of it being solved and having me be fixed quickly, I now have to go through another sleepless night... I've been awake for three damn days now... I'm literally going insane.
