I had people yell at me at work before. I try not to look and sound as if it's not getting to me though. If you appear as though it's not phasing you that makes the customer even angrier. Then it just gets funny from there.

Though this one time I had a lady yell at me about the fact that we couldn't give her cash back for a return because she didn't have a receipt. She said if I came to her floor of the hospital she worked at she wouldn't give me pain medication and she would merely give me a gift card instead. I then replied to her faulty logic by saying, "And then I will sue your hospital for malpractice and have you fired."

That was the only time I ever let it get to me.
